Advanced Educational Plan

Price: $2,000

Duration: 8 weeks (additional weeks at $100 each, if needed for extended assessments or parent-request)

Ideal for: Families with inadequate data needing a comprehensive assessment and customized home educational plan.

Services:

  • Free Intake Consultation & Data Review: A 30-60 minute interview to understand your child’s needs and share existing data.

  • Initial Assessments (Weeks 1-2, 3 hours): Two 90 minute weekly sessions, Consultant provides training and free resources for parents to administer assessments in reading/emergent literacy, math/emergent math, writing/emergent writing, or early childhood development.

  • Educational Plan Proposal (Week 3, 2 hours): Consultant creates a detailed plan with targeted goals, timeline, and instructional recommendations, finalized with parent input during a 1-2 hour review session.

  • Initial Plan Consultation (Weeks 4-7, 1 hour/week): Weekly 1-hour sessions to provide coaching and resources on the implementation of the plan, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies. Additional weeks may be added if the family is not ready to transition to independent implementation ($100/week)

  • “Empower & Go” Session (Week 8, 1 hour): A final session to ensure your family is confident and ready to implement the plan independently, with tailored guidance and resources.

Deliverables:

  • Access to FREE nationally-normed academic assessments for grades K-12 that can be used annually to monitor grade-level progress

  • Editable Education Plan Template for grades K-12, aligned to Common Core State Standards

Payment Schedule:

  • 30% ($600) upon signing after intake consultation.

  • 30% ($600) after assessment completion (week 2).

  • 40% ($800) upon plan implementation completion (week 8).

  • Save 5%: Pay $1,900 upfront for the full package.

Total Estimated Hours: 9 hours of direct consultation, plus expert preparation of plans and progress monitoring tools.

Intermediate Educational Plan

Price: $1,500

Duration: 6 weeks (additional weeks at $100 by parent-request)

Ideal for: Families with adequate data but no actionable home education plan, seeking a customized strategy and implementation support

Ideal for: Homeschool and Private School Families who are seeking a public school evaluation and need to provide existing educational/intervention data to determine eligibility for special education and an IEP

Services:

  • Free Intake Consultation & Data Review: A 30-60 minute interview to understand your child’s needs and share existing data

  • Intervention Plan Proposal (Week 1, 2 hours): Consultant researches your state’s special education eligibility requirements and designs a tailored intervention/data collection plan, finalized with your input in a 1-2 hour review session.

    Intervention Plan Consultation (Weeks 2-6, 1 hour/week): Weekly 1-hour sessions to provide coaching and resources on the implementation of the plan, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies. Additional weeks may be added if the family is not ready to transition to independent implementation ($100/week)

Deliverables:

  • A customized intervention/data collection plan tailored to your state’s requirements.

  • Organized student data in a professional and deliverable format for the IEP team’s Initial Referral and Eligibility Determination meetings.

Add-On Advocacy Service ($100/meeting): Consultant attends the Initial Referral and/or Eligibility Determination meeting as your advocate, ensuring your child’s needs are effectively communicated, eligibility is determined fairly, and your rights are protected

Payment Schedule:

  • 50% ($350) upon signing after intake consultation.

  • 50% ($350) upon delivery of compiled intervention data for eligibility meeting

  • REFUND POLICY: If the IEP team does not proceed with eligibility determination after the Initial Referral meeting and you no longer need intervention support, the remaining 50% payment will be adjusted based on completed consultation weeks ($100/week)

Parent Advocacy Services

Pricing:

  • Full Advocacy Support: $700 (~7 hours, includes one IEP meeting)

  • Consultation-Only Support: $450 (~4.5 hours, no meeting attendance)

  • Add-On: $100 per additional IEP meeting

  • Document Review & Strategy Session (2 hours): We analyze your child’s IEP, evaluations, or related documents and develop a tailored advocacy strategy with parent input in a 1-hour session.

  • Pre-Meeting Coaching (1.5 hours): A 1.5-hour session to prepare you for the IEP meeting, including role-playing scenarios and reviewing key talking points.

  • IEP Meeting Attendance (2 hours): Our consultant attends one IEP meeting as your advocate, ensuring your child’s needs are clearly communicated and your rights are protected.

Consultation-Only Support ($450):

  • Free Intake Consultation (30-60 minutes): We discuss your child’s needs, review existing documents, and create a plan to prepare for your IEP meeting.

  • Document Review & Strategy Session (2 hours): We analyze your child’s IEP or evaluations and develop a tailored advocacy strategy in a 1-hour session.

  • Pre-Meeting Coaching (1.5 hours): A 1.5-hour session to prepare you for the IEP meeting with strategies, talking points, role-playing scenarios, and confidence-building tips.

Add-On Support: $100 per additional IEP meeting for Full Advocacy clients needing support at extra meetings (e.g., follow-up or annual reviews).

Deliverables:

Full Advocacy Support:

  • A personalized advocacy strategy document with key points and questions for the IEP meeting.

  • Refund Policy: If services are no longer needed after the initial consultation or document review (e.g., due to school decisions), the remaining 50% payment will be adjusted based on completed hours ($100/hour).
